Every year, over a million young Kenyans turn 18, hungry to learn and eager to make their mark. Our hands-on engineering programs reach this immense talent pool, uncovering top-tier talent early and connecting you directly to the next generation of builders.
Every quarter, we recruit the best and brightest to join our in-house Apprenticeship programs. Working side by side with our senior engineers, they collaborate to deliver high quality, real-world software.
Within 24 months, our talent achieves international mid-to-senior level expertise. They then complete the cycle by paying it forward and mentoring the next generation.

We offer two distinct modes of collaboration. If your scope and requirements are clear, we provide an initial scope analysis (small projects are free, larger ones move into paid solution design), followed by a fixed quotation and strategic tradeoffs. If you need a more flexible or ongoing arrangement, we offer reserved capacity and retainers with just-in-time scoping to ensure your spend and outcomes remain transparent.
